Tellin ‘t’ Tale

“Tellin’ t’ Tale” is an evening with the Chairman of the Yorkshire Dialect Society who will tell stories and poems mainly in Yorkshire dialect along with some musical interludes (songs). There may be a test of the audience’s knowledge of our ‘native twang’.

This will be a followed by a Pie and Pea supper (included in the ticket price)

Come along and learn more about the language of the county you live in.

The event is unallocated seating. It is being held in the lounge, there will be a seat for everyone.
