We currently have a vacancy for a part-time Office Administrator to work in the Office to support the Galtres Centre Manager.  Currently the requirement will be for three days a week, five hours per day (15 hours in total), typically starting at 09:00 and providing cover for sickness and holidays.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR VACANCY

Salary £24,570 per annum (FTE 37.5 hr week), minimum 15 hours per week over 3 days Monday to Friday (tbc) subject to flexibility and discussion at interview.

The Galtres Centre is a community centre in the heart of Easingwold run mainly by volunteers which offers sports facilities, fitness and exercise activities, a 200-seat theatre and a range of rooms available to hire with kitchen and bar.

The successful candidate should be familiar with standard IT packages and have experience in desktop publishing and social media platforms.  General duties will include working on the reception desk as the public face of the Centre, selling tickets for the Centre’s events using the electronic ticketing system, updating the office diary and making events bookings.
