The Galtres Centre catering team recently pulled out all the stops to prepare a buffet for 100 guests.  On offer were freshly made sandwiches, freshly cooked quiches and local pork pies and a selection of cakes with tea and coffee.  The bar was open for those who required a cooler refreshment.  The event went very well and guests were delighted with the take-away ‘buffet goody bags’ full of treats for the journey home or packed lunches.
