The Gym

Excellent equipment, great value

Fully air-conditioned facility offering a collection of over 25 Precor cardiovascular and resistance machines. Achieve your health and fitness goals in a professionally run, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The gym, which overlooks the well maintained grounds of the Centre, is available for members and non members alike. An induction and personal exercise programme, both free of charge, are offered by our fully qualified team making us one of the best value gyms in the area.

We have a free weights area that provides dumbbells from 1kg – 60kg, with four Incline / Decline Benches.

Admission Policy

An Induction to the gym must be taken by all users before first use.

Various types of membership, special offers and pay per visit available for ages 14 years and above.

(14 & 15 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a gym membership at all times).

All users to dress appropriately to include trainers.

Users must wipe down machines after use with spray and towels provided.

Users should notify staff of any equipment that is faulty or damaged.

Gym opening hours:

Mon – Fri 06:30 – 21:00

Sat – Sun 08:00 – 13:00

Bank Holidays 08:00 – 13:00

 

Membership Prices

Gold – Full Membership £30 p/m

Silver – Off Peak Membership (Mon – Fri 09:00 – 16:30) £24 p/m

Bronze – Full Membership for over 60’s, 16-18 yrs, NUS. £20 p/m

Taster – One months Full membership £35

Weekend – £15 p/m

Guest Fee – £5 per visit
