We are always looking for a willing Volunteer, get in touch today and see if we can find you a job!

This centre wouldn’t be able to run without the support and continued help from our team of volunteers.

Volunteer roles include:

• Setting up rooms with furniture, etc. for meetings and events
• Setting up the GEC theatre for events
• Checking tickets and welcoming customers for live music events and cinema
• Bar and catering staff
• Technical roles including stage lighting, sound and cinema projection

Full training will be given

Job Vacancy

Caretaker

Part time 10-20 hours

£14.70 per hour

 The job will be coordinated by the Centre Manager and will require that the Centre is prepared each morning for the day’s scheduled events. A degree of flexibility is required to cater for bookings later in the day.

Other skills for simple maintenance (painting, cleaning, repair etc) would be useful.

This is an opportunity to be part of the friendly team at the Galtres Centre.
