Tickets
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded.
- Tickets cannot be offered for sale from within the Galtres Centre except from the Box Office by our ticketing team.
- Refunds and exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. In the event of a sold out event, the Galtres Centre will endeavour to resell any returned ticket.
- Refund or exchange must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Refund will only cover the face value of the tickets and any associated booking fees, if cancelled or rescheduled by the Galtres Centre.
- Only tickets purchased from the Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission.
- Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticket holder may be refused entry.
- Some performances may have specific conditions of sale. These will be listed on the event pages for that event on this site and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check this before they purchase tickets.
- Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.
- Galtres Centre reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.
- Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Some performances and/or specific seating areas may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check any restrictions before they purchase tickets. Seating areas may have age restrictions. Film classifications and rules relating to children
- Photographic identification (for example driving licence, passport or any other photographic identification that we deem to be acceptable) may be requested prior to permitting entry into 12A, 15 and 18 certificated films in the UK, or into 12A, 15A, 16 and 18 certificated films in Ireland. Tickets purchased through the Site or the Booking Line for such films can only be collected and/or used upon production of the necessary identification, if requested.
- In the UK children under 12 years of age are permitted to view films with either a U, PG, or 12A certificate, provided always that:
- children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times to watch any film;
- children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult to watch any film with a 12A certificate; and
- children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult to watch any films starting at 7pm or later.
- Other than as set out in paragraph 2.1-2.3 above, parent(s) and/or guardian(s) shall have sole discretion as to whether or not their children are accompanied.
- Parents and guardians shall at all times remain responsible for their child(ren) whether or not they are accompanied.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, performances starting at or after 10.30pm are strictly for those aged 18 regardless of a film’s certificate. Photographic identification may be required for entry into any films starting at or after this time.
- For the purpose of the rules set out in this paragraph 3, an adult is a person aged 18 years or over.
Attendance
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
- The unauthorised use of cameras, audio and video equipment is not permitted. Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording which may include you as a member of the audience and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
- Food and drink may not be brought into the building.
- It is against the law to smoke in the venue including vaping/electronic cigarettes.
- For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other audience members. Please ensure they are switched off.
- Galtres Centre reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Based on Government guidance additional safety measures may be introduced (E.g. Social distancing, Face masks) for those attending events within the building. Advance notification will be provided to all ticket holders, where possible.
Important Information
- Galtres Centre accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
- Customers planning on driving to the Galtres Centre are advised not to leave valuables in their car.
- Please consider our neighbours and leave the Galtres Centre quietly.
